In a large bowl, mix Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), Egg (3), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Lemon Extract (1 teaspoon), and Plain Yogurt (1/4 cup).
Stir in All-Purpose Flour (1 1/4 cup), Corn Starch (1 tablespoon), Baking Powder (3/4 teaspoon), and Baking Soda (1/4 teaspoon).
Fold in Fresh Blueberries (1/2 cup) onto the pan evenly.
Transfer into 12 muffin pan lined with paper liners.
Scatter the Fresh Blueberries (1/2 cup) on to the pan evenly.
Bake it in the oven for 20 to 22 minutes until golden brown and skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
In a bowl, mix Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) and Lemon (1/2) until it turns into a thick liquid.
Spoon the glaze over the muffins. Serve and enjoy!
