Step 1
Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) , Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) , Eggs (3) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Lemon Extract (1 tsp) , and Plain Yogurt (1/4 cup) .
Step 3
Stir in All-Purpose Flour (1 1/4 cups) , Corn Starch (1 Tbsp) , Baking Powder (3/4 tsp) , and Baking Soda (1/4 tsp) .
Step 4
Fold in Fresh Blueberries (1/2 cup) onto the pan evenly.
Step 5
Transfer into 12 muffin pan lined with paper liners.
Step 6
Scatter the Fresh Blueberries (1/2 cup) on to the pan evenly.
Step 7
Bake it in the oven for 20 to 22 minutes until golden brown and skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 8
In a bowl, mix Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) and Lemon (1/2) until it turns into a thick liquid.
Step 9
Spoon the glaze over the muffins. Serve and enjoy!
