Plain Yogurt

Fresh Blueberries

Powdered Confectioners Sugar

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) , Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) , Eggs (3) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Lemon Extract (1 tsp) , and Plain Yogurt (4 Tbsp) .

Stir in All-Purpose Flour (1 1/4 cups) , Corn Starch (1 Tbsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , and Baking Soda (as needed) .

Fold in Fresh Blueberries (1/2 cup) onto the pan evenly.

Transfer into 12 muffin pan lined with paper liners.

Scatter the Fresh Blueberries (1/2 cup) on to the pan evenly.

Bake it in the oven for 20 to 22 minutes until golden brown and skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

In a bowl, mix Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) and Lemon (1/2) until it turns into a thick liquid.

Spoon the glaze over the muffins.
