Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Add the All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups) , Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) , Bananas (2) , Sunflower Oil (1/3 cup) , Baking Powder (1/2 tsp) , Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) , Salt (to taste) , Sour Cream (1/4 cup) , and Egg (1) to a large mixing bowl.
Step 3
Beat on a medium speed with a handheld mixer until well combined.
Step 4
Pour mixture into a buttered baking dish, and spread into an even layer.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes, or until a knife or toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Step 6
Prepare the icing by mixing the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup) , Cream Cheese (1/2 cup) , and Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) together with a handheld mixer over medium speed.
Step 7
Spread the icing over the cake once it is fully cooled.
Step 8
Cut into bars, and serve.
