Chop the Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp).

Sauté the onion until soft and translucent.

Mix Ground Veal (1 lb) and Ground Pork (1 lb) with Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), chopped parsley, Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Ketchup (1 Tbsp), diced sauteed onions, Panko Breadcrumbs (4 Tbsp), Sweet Paprika (2 Tbsp), Kosher Salt (to taste) and Cayenne Pepper (to taste).
