Dice the
Onions (1 cup)

Chop the
Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)

Sauté the onion until soft and translucent.
Step 4
Mix
Ground Veal (1 lb)
and
Ground Pork (1 lb)
with
Eggs (2)
, chopped parsley,
Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp)

Ketchup (1 Tbsp)
, diced sauteed onions,
Panko Breadcrumbs (1/4 cup)
,
Sweet Paprika (2 Tbsp)
,
Kosher Salt (to taste)
and
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)

Step 5
Dice the
Swiss Cheese (1 1/2 cups)

Step 6
Add diced swiss cheese.
Step 7
Form 4 large patties.
Step 8
Beat the last
Egg (1)
in a bowl.

Use standard breading method. Dip in beaten egg then
Panko Breadcrumbs (to taste)
. Make sure to press the patties into the breadcrumbs so it's fully covered.
Step 10
Sautee in
Olive Oil (as needed)
and
Butter (to taste)
until medium well, the carry-over heat will do the rest.

Slice the
Lemons (to taste)

Serve with lemon and a Salad. Enjoy!
