If you are gluten-intolerant, you can substitute the pasta with gluten-free options.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and add Salt (1 Tbsp). Cook Penne Pasta (1 lb) according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.

Meanwhile, in a stir fry pan saucepan, heat Olive Oil (1/2 cup) over medium heat. Add Garlic (1 Tbsp) and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
