In an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, beat the Butter (1 stick), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), and Brown Sugar (3/4 cup) until light and fluffy.

Add the Light Sour Cream (1/2 cup), Bananas (3), Eggs (2), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp). Mix until combined.

Add the All-Purpose Flour (2 1/4 cups), Baking Powder (3/4 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 Tbsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp). Mix until combined.
