Add the Light Sour Cream (1/2 cup), Bananas (3), Eggs (2), and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp). Mix until combined.

Add the All-Purpose Flour (2 1/4 cups), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (2 tsp), and Salt (as needed). Mix until combined.
