In a medium-size bowl, stir together Mayonnaise (4 tablespoon), Sour Cream (1 tablespoon), Dijon Mustard (3 teaspoon), Shallot (3), Capers (2 tablespoon), Celery (1 stalk), Fresh Dill (1 tablespoon), Fresh Parsley (1 tablespoon), Salt (1 pinch), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).
Gently stir in Tuna (1 can) and Canned White Beans (1 cup).
Spread out 2-3 Butter Lettuce (to taste) overlapping each leaf to create a solid surface for the salad.
Mound an approximate 1/3 cup of tuna, Pea Shoots (to taste), and bean salad onto the center of the lettuce bed.
Wrap lettuce around the salad, tucking in the ends as you roll, much like a cabbage roll. Cut in half and serve immediately.
