Core the Asian Pears (4) and Apples (4), and chop into quarter inch pieces. Place fruit in a heavy bottom pot, and turn the stove burner to low.

Mix juice from Lemon (1), Water (2 Tbsp), and Honey (to taste). Add liquid mixture, Cayenne Pepper (as needed), and Ground Ginger (as needed) to the pot. Cover, and let simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes, or until fruit is soft.
