Core the Asian Pear (4) and Apple (4), and chop into quarter inch pieces. Place fruit in a heavy bottom pot, and turn the stove burner to low.
Mix Lemon Juice (1/8 cup), Water (1/8 cup), and Honey (to taste). Add liquid mixture, Cayenne Pepper (1/8 teaspoon), and Ground Ginger (1/8 teaspoon) to the pot. Cover, and let simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes, or until fruit is soft.
Transfer to a blender for a smoother sauce. Adjust seasonings, and chill.
