Chop Whole Chicken (1) into pieces and set aside.
Heat Olive Oil (to taste) in a pan, then add the Onion (1), Carrot (1), and Garlic (3 clove) and begin to stir fry.
Once the onion becomes translucent, add the Yellow Bell Pepper (1) and Tomato (4) to the pan.
Season the Whole Chicken Pieces and add them to a hot pan with Olive Oil (to taste). Fry them until cooked. Once cooked, remove from the pan.
Add Potato (2) into your air-fryer. Add in some Olive Oil (to taste) and Salt (to taste). Set your air-fryer to cook for 35 minutes. If you don't have an air-fryer you can fry them as you normally would.
Once the Chicken Pieces are cooked, add in a pinch of Paprika (to taste) to the simmering veggies and mix, then add in the Chicken Pieces and the Mushroom (6). If the pan looks a bit dry, add in a cup of Water (to taste) depending on how dry it is. Season with Salt (to taste) as needed.
Cover the pan and let it continue to simmer for 20 minutes on medium-low heat. Once the time has elapsed, your Cubed Fried Potatoes should be done cooking and you can add them into the stew.
Turn the heat off and let the stew rest for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
