Step 1
Chop
Whole Chicken (1)
into pieces and set aside.
Step 2
Heat
Olive Oil (as needed)
in a pan, then add the
Onion (1)
,
Carrot (1)
, and
Garlic (3 cloves)
and begin to stir fry.
Step 3
Once the onion becomes translucent, add the
Yellow Bell Pepper (1)
and
Tomatoes (4)
to the pan.
Step 4
Season the Whole Chicken Pieces and add them to a hot pan with olive oil. Fry them until cooked. Once cooked, remove it from the pan.
Step 5
Add
Potatoes (2)
into your air-fryer. Add in some olive oil and
Salt (to taste)
. Set your air-fryer to cook for 35 minutes. If you don't have an air-fryer you can fry them as you normally would.
Step 6
Once the chicken pieces are cooked, add a pinch of
Paprika (to taste)
to the simmering veggies and mix, then add in the chicken pieces and the
Mushrooms (6)
. If the pan looks a bit dry, add in a cup of
Water (as needed)
depending on how dry it is. Season with
Salt (to taste)
as needed.
Step 7
Cover the pan and let it continue to simmer for 20 minutes on medium-low heat. Once the time has elapsed, your cubed fried potatoes should be done cooking and you can add them to the stew.
Step 8
Turn the heat off and let the stew rest for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
