Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (12)
to 1/4-in. thickness.
Season the chicken with
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Ham (12 slices)
Cheese (12 slices)
slices and roll the chicken up into rolls.
Meanwhile, heat a pan with
Cooking Oil (as needed)
on high heat. Make sure there's just enough oil in the pan to cover half of each roll since they will be flipped halfway through.
Hold the chicken rolls together with short skewers so they dont open up during the frying process. Cover in
All-Purpose Flour (to taste)
, then beaten
Eggs (to taste)
Breadcrumbs (to taste)
When the oil is hot place the chicken rolls in. Once the edge of the roll has sealed, remove the skewers so you can flip them and fry the other side.
Once fried evenly, carefully remove from the pan. Serve and enjoy!
