Fill a large bowl with Water (4 cup) and mix in Salt (3 teaspoon) until dissolved. Place Chicken (4 piece) into the water, and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat an electric deep fryer to 295 degrees F (145 degrees C). In a medium bowl, crack in the Egg (2) and add Buttermilk (1 cup). Whisk together.
In another bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Fresh Oregano (2 teaspoon), Cornmeal (2 tablespoon), and Morton® Season-All® Seasoned Salt (2 teaspoon). Mix until combined.
Dip each piece of chicken into the eggs mixture until covered. Then, coat the pieces in the dry mixture.
Place coated chicken into basket, and cook for about 15 minutes. Let drain for 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy!
