Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Remove the skin and central pit from the Avocado (1). Transfer it into the bowl of your electric mixer with Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) and stir until creamy.
3.
Add the Brown Sugar (1/4 cup) and mix until combined. Then, add the Egg (1) and stir.
4.
Incorporate Quick Cooking Oats (3/4 cup), All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), and Baking Powder (1 tsp) and stir just enough so that all the ingredients come together.
5.
Add the Chocolate Chunks (1/2 cup) and stir them into the batter.
6.
With an ice cream scoop, portion out balls of batter.
7.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
8.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool down on a wire rack.
