Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Remove the skin and central pit from the Avocado (1) . Transfer it into the bowl of your electric mixer with Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) and stir until creamy.
Step 3
Add the Brown Sugar (1/4 cup) and mix until combined. Then, add the Egg (1) and stir.
Step 4
Incorporate Quick Cooking Oats (3/4 cup) , All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) , and Baking Powder (1 tsp) and stir just enough so that all the ingredients come together.
Step 5
Add the Chocolate Chunks (1/2 cup) and stir them into the batter.
Step 6
With an ice cream scoop, portion out balls of batter.
Step 7
Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
Step 8
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool down on a wire rack.
