Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Remove the skin and central pit from the

and stir until creamy.

and mix until combined. Then, add the
Quick Cooking Oats (3/4 cup)
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
and stir just enough so that all the ingredients come together.
Chocolate Chunks (1/2 cup)
and stir them into the batter.
With an ice cream scoop, portion out balls of batter.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool down on a wire rack.
