Step 1
Cook the
Eggs (3)
in boiled water for 10 minutes.

Cut the
Onion (1)
into medium dice.

Peel and mince the
Garlic (2 cloves)

into medium dice.

Roughly chop the boiled eggs.

In a pan with
Olive Oil (as needed)
add garlic, onion, and peppers. Cook for a few minutes.

Add
Ground Beef (1.1 lb)
and cook it for a few minutes more and add
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Add
Tomato Sauce (2 cups)
and cook it for a few minutes.

Add the boiled egg and cool down.

In a bowl mix together
Milk (1/3 cup)

Sunflower Oil (1/3 cup)

Eggs (2)

Pastry Flour (3 3/4 cups)
, and
Salt (1/2 Tbsp)

Knead until you have a nice dough and leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
Step 12
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Roll out half the dough to make the base and put it in a tray and add the stuffing.

Roll out the other half of the dough, place over the filling and crimp the edges to close it.
Step 15
whisk the egg and brush it over the pie.
Step 16
Cookie in the oven to 45 to 50 minutes. Cool, serve, and enjoy!
