Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a bowl, combine the
Granny Smith Apple (1)
Fresh Thyme (2 sprigs)
Fresh Sage (2 sprigs)
Ground Pork (1.1 lb)
Hot English Mustard (1 tsp)
. Season with
Sea Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
On a floured surface, roll out the
Puff Pastry (1.1 lb)
till 1-millimeter thick and about 34x30-centimeter.
Halve the pastry lengthways and place a strip of the mince mixture down the middle of each pastry strip. Brush the pastry edges with
Large Egg (1)
, carefully roll up and seal.
Slice each strip into three sections and brush with the beaten egg. Score the tops and place the sausage rolls on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
