Cooking Instructions
1.
Put Cooking Oil (2 tablespoon), Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon), Onion (5) and Chili Pepper (1) into a hot pot, then add dried Bamboo Shoots (150 gram).

Add Pork Leg (500 gram), Pickled Daikon Radish (2) and Vegetable Stock (1 liter).
3.
Deep fry Egg (5) and put into the pork leg pot.
4.
Add Vietnamese Spice Blend (1 tablespoon), Fish Sauce (3 tablespoon), and Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon). Mix well and simmer for 45 minutes.
