Step 1
Mix together
Salt (1 Tbsp)
,
Smoked Paprika (2 Tbsp)
,
Onion Powder (2 Tbsp)
,
Garlic Powder (2 Tbsp)
,
Dried Oregano (2 Tbsp)
,
Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1 Tbsp)

Step 2
Cover the
Boneless Ribeye Steak (6)
on all sides with the rub and gently press down. Place in a ziplock bag.
Step 3
Mix together the
Soy Sauce (1 cup)
and
Liquid Smoke (1/2 tsp)
until well combined and add to the ziplock bag. Close the bag and mix the marinade all over the steak. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Step 4
Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes with the grill plate inside.
Step 5
Place the steak into the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes, turning once.
Step 6
Leave to rest for several minutes before serving. Top with
Fresh Chives (1/2 cup)
