Mix together Salt (3 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (2 tablespoon), Onion Powder (2 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (2 tablespoon), Dried Oregano (2 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1 tablespoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1 tablespoon).
Cover the Boneless Ribeye Steak (6) on all sides with the rub and gently press down. Place in a ziplock bag.
Mix together the Soy Sauce (1 cup) and Liquid Smoke (1/2 teaspoon) until well combined and add to the ziplock bag. Close the bag and mix the marinade all over the steak. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes with the grill plate inside.
Place the steak into the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes, turning once.
Leave to rest for several minutes before serving. Top with Fresh Chives (1/2 cup). Enjoy!
