This Thai iced tea recipe is made with black tea, star anise and half and half. It is very refreshing, is not super sweet and is very easy to make.

Kemps Half & Half

Cooking Instructions
1.
Place the Water (4 cups) in a pan and add the Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Star Anise (3), and Black Tea (5 bags). Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, and boil for 10 minutes.
2.
Turn off the heat and allow the tea bags to steep for about 30 minutes. Remove the tea bags and anise pods from the pot and cool down completely.
3.
Fill tall glasses with Ice (to taste) and ¾ of the way with tea.
4.
Divide the Kemps Half & Half (4 Tbsp) among the glasses. Mix and enjoy!
