Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place the Water (1 liter) in a pan and add the Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Star Anise (3), and Black Tea (5 bag). Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Turn off the heat and allow the tea bags to steep for about 30 minutes. Remove the tea bags and anise pods from the pot and cool down completely.
Step 3
Fill tall glasses with Ice (to taste) and ¾ of the way with tea.
Step 4
Divide the Half and Half (1/4 cup) among the glasses. Mix and enjoy!
