We start by flattening the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (6)
on a flat surface so it can be rolled up.
Next we place the a slice of
Serrano Ham (6 slices)
Cheese (6 slices)
on top of the chicken fillet so that it covers the fillet and is towards the edge nearest you. Season with
Salt (to taste)
. Roll and hold together by sticking a skewer through. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

All-Purpose Flour (to taste)
, beaten egg, and
Breadcrumbs (to taste)
to 3 different plates. Proceed to coat each roll in each mixture thoroughly in that order.
Heat a generous amount of
Frying Oil (to taste)
in a pan.
Once rolls are all coated and the oil is hot, fry them in batches on medium heat. Fry till they are cooked inside without burning outside.
As they finish frying remove them and transfer a plate covered with paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
