. Keep stirring on high heat.

. Continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes and then remove from the heat.
Spoon some of the ground beef mixture over the bottom of a glass baking tray. Add the

and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Sour Cream (to taste)
Scallions (to taste)
on top. Slice, serve and enjoy!
