This Ginger Peach Green Smoothie is my new favorite of all the green smoothie combinations that I've ever tried! It's dairy free, vegan, and paleo.

Peaches
or Nectarines

Pineapples
, chopped

oz
Fresh Spinach
, washed, de-stemmed
or Kale

bottle
(16 fl oz)
Ginger Kombucha
Cooking Instructions
1.
Chop the Pineapples (1 1/3 cups). Chop the Peaches (2) in half and remove the pits.
2.
Place them in the blender, then add the Fresh Spinach (2 oz) and Ginger Kombucha (1 bottle).
3.
Blend, starting on low and increasing the speed to high for about one minute, or until smoothie is completely blended.
4.
Pour from blender into cups and serve.

Yields 2 quarts or 64 ounces.
