Slice the Onion (1) and place it in the baking dish with the Salmon Fillets (4). Whisk the Oranges (2), Soy Sauce (1/2 cup), Honey (1/2 cup), Garlic Powder (2 tsp) and Ground Ginger (2 tsp) together and pour over the salmon.

Marinate in a ziplock or dish overnight or for several hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Remove the fillets from the marinade and place them on a baking pan. Reserve some of the marinade for later. Bake the fillets for 12 minutes or until cooked through.

Pour some of the remaining marinade over the fillets and broil on high for 1 min in order to carmelize. Serve and enjoy!
