Step 1
Slice the Onion (1) and place it in the baking dish with the Salmon Fillets (4) . Whisk the Orange Juice (1/2 cup) , Soy Sauce (1/2 cup) , Honey (1/2 cup) , Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp) and Ground Ginger (1/2 Tbsp) together and pour over the salmon.
Step 2
Marinate in a ziplock or dish overnight or for several hours in the refridgerator.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 4
Remove the fillets from the marinade and place them on a baking pan. Reserve some of the marinade for later. Bake the fillets for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 5
Pour some of the remaining marinade over the fillets and broil on high for 1 min in order to carmelize. Serve and enjoy!
