I like to make my delicious Quick Flatbread Mini Pizzas when I need healthy food fast. They only take about 20 minutes from start to finish, and making them with fresh ingredients can actually be good for you and your family!

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Place the Flatbread (5) on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Drizzle them with Olive Oil (as needed).

Add a few slices of the Roma Tomatoes (2) to each flatbread. Sprinkle equal amounts of Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) on each, and place the Fresh Basil Leaves (1 bunch) over the cheese. Finally, sprinkle with Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup) over each.

Place the cookie sheet into the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes. When done, the cheese should be melted and beginning to brown.
5.
Remove pizzas from the pan, and serve with additional basil, parmesan, and Balsamic Vinegar (to taste).
