Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup) , Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , and Raisins (1/2 cup) .
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix together Greek Yogurt (3/4 cup) , 1% Low Fat Milk (3/4 cup) , Eggs (2) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , and Bananas (2) . Mash the bananas before adding them. Pour the wet into the dry and mix until batter forms.
Step 3
Heat a griddle or pan to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Once hot, add a quarter cup of batter and cook two minutes on each side until browned.
Step 4
Repeat until the batter has been used. This will yield 6 medium sized pancakes. Top with butter and syrup and dig in!
