Bring a medium pot of generously salted water to a boil. Add the Vegan Mac and Cheese (1 box) and cook 2 minutes less than the package instructions.

When 1 minute is left on your timer, add in the Frozen Corn Kernels (1/4 cup). Remove 1/2 cup of cooking liquid and drain the pasta.
