Boil water in a medium pot, add the Egg (4) and boil for 8 minutes until hard boiled. Then cool the eggs under cold water and set in the fridge to cool completely.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, Fennel Bulb (1/4)m Radish (1/4 cup), Fresh Chives (1/4 cup), and Avocado (1).
Season with Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon), Salt (1 pinch), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) to your liking. Great on toast, in a salad, or just straight!
