Step 1
Boil water in a medium pot, add the Eggs (4) and boil for 8 minutes until hard boiled. Then cool the eggs under cold water and set in the fridge to cool completely.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the eggs, Fennel Bulb (1/4) m Radishes (1/4 cup) , Fresh Chives (1/4 cup) , and Avocado (1) .
Step 3
Season with Lemon Juice (1 tsp) , Salt (1 pinch) , and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) to your liking. Great on toast, in a salad, or just straight!
