Penne Pasta
12 oz
8 oz
2 Tbsp
1/2 cup
Onions , thinly sliced
1/2 cup
Green Bell Peppers , thinly sliced
2 cups
Alfredo Sauce
1 cup
Salsa

Large Shrimp , peeled, deveined
to taste
to taste
Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Cook the Penne Pasta (1 lb) according to package directions.
Step 2
Brown the Chicken Breasts (12 oz) and Smoked Sausages (8 oz) in another with Olive Oil (to taste) . Season with Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Saute Onions (1/2 cup) and Green Bell Peppers (1/2 cup) in a large pan with Butter (2 Tbsp) .
Step 4
Mix Alfredo Sauce (2 cups) and Salsa (1 cup) .
Step 5
Add the chicken and sausage to the large pan with the veggies and then add the Shrimp (16) .
Step 6
Once the shrimp has cooked for a few minutes, add the sauce and bring to a simmer.
Step 7
Add cooked pasta and just heat through.
Step 8
Serve topped with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) and Fresh Basil Leaves (to taste) .
