To remove the bitterness of the eggplant, cut Eggplant (4) into sticks and place them in a bowl with Water (to taste) and Salt (to taste). Let them soak for 15 minutes.
After the time has elapsed we dry them and season with Salt (to taste) and cover in All-Purpose Flour (to taste).
In a large pan add Frying Oil (to taste) and set to high heat. Once hot, add the eggplant sticks.
As the eggplant sticks turn golden brown, remove and place on a paper towel to dry the excess oil.
Pour Honey (to taste) over the fried eggplants sticks.
