Step 1
To remove the bitterness of the eggplant, cut
Eggplants (4)
into sticks and place them in a bowl with
Water (to taste)
and
Salt (to taste)
. Let them soak for 15 minutes.
Step 2
After the time has elapsed we dry them and season with
Salt (to taste)
and cover in
All-Purpose Flour (to taste)
.
Step 3
In a large pan add
Frying Oil (as needed)
and set to high heat. Once hot, add the eggplant sticks.
Step 4
As the eggplant sticks turn golden brown, remove and place on a paper towel to dry the excess oil.
Step 5
Pour
Honey (to taste)
over the fried eggplants sticks.
