Step 1
In a large non-stick pan over medium/high heat, brown the
Ground Beef (2 lb)
,
Onion Flakes (2 Tbsp)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Drain excess grease and transfer to a large casserole dish.
Step 2
For the Big Mac sauce, combined
Mayonnaise (1 cup)
,
Natural Ketchup (1/2 cup)
,
Yellow Mustard (2 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Chives (1 Tbsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
and mix well, divide 2/3 cup and set aside and use the rest for dressing later
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 4
To the ground beef, add
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
and 2/3 cup Big Mac sauce. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 5
Flatten beef down into a nice and even, compact layer. Top with
Dill Pickle Coins (1 cup)
. Sprinkle the remaining
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
the top. Sprinkle the
Sesame Seeds (2 Tbsp)
on top of the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Turn the oven grill or broiler to high and bake for another 5 minutes or until the top is slightly brown.
Step 7
Plate each serving on top of a bed of
Lettuce (1 head)
and top with remaining Big Mac sauce.
