Cut Watermelons (6 cups) into small cubes depending on your preferred size. Make sure to deseed the watermelon. Set aside.

In a large bowl, add the watermelon cubes, Red Onion (1/4), Jalapeño Peppers (2), Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch), Fresh Mint (1 stalk), Lime (1), and Tajin (3/4 tsp). Use a spatula to gently mix until well combined. Optionally, leave the salsa in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
