To make the lemon aioli, combine
Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)

Salt (1/8 tsp)
in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
In a tray, mix together
Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)
Paprika (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
Set up a dredging station with three shallow trays where one tray has
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
, one has the
, and the last one has the breadcrumb mixture.
One by one, roll each
Asparagus (3 cups)
in the flour tray, then dip in the egg tray, then roll in the flour and egg one more time.
Coat asparagus in the breadcrumb mixture. Shake off excess breadcrumbs, especially if your air fryer circulates air.
Spray the air fryer basket with
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
. Place the asparagus in a single layer and air fry at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the other batches.
Serve the lemon aioli with the warm asparagus fries.
