In a large pan, heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) over medium-high. Add Broccoli (1 head) and cook, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and then transfer to a bowl or plate.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together Vegetarian Hoisin Sauce (2 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), Chili Garlic Sauce (2 Tbsp), and Rice Vinegar (1 Tbsp). Set aside.
