Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix together Salted Butter (3 1/2 Tbsp) , Caster Sugar (1/4 cup) , and Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) until combined.
Step 3
Then, fold in All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup) .
Step 4
Finally, add in Eggs (3 Tbsp) and mix until batter is a pale yellow and smooth.
Step 5
Bake biscuits at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 12-15 minutes.
Step 6
Let it cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
