Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a deep frying pan, cook Bacon (1 cup) over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until the fat is released.

Add Pork Sausage (1 lb) and Cooked Ham (1 cup), use a spatula to break up the pieces, season with Poultry Seasoning (4 tsp), and cook for about 6-7 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the heat, transfer into a large bowl and set aside.

In the same pan, add Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp) over medium-low heat. Add Yellow Onion (1/2) and Celery (1 stalk), and stir until the vegetables are soft.

Pour Chicken Stock (1 1/2 cups) and bring to boil. Stir in Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) until melted and add French Bread (1). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Stir in cooked sausage mixture and mix until well combined.

Transfer the stuffing mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish (or 11-inch diameter round baking dish).

Bake in the preheated oven uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crisp on top.

Let it stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the top with Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup). Serve as a side dish.
