Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a deep frying pan, cook
Bacon (1 cup)
over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until the fat is released.
Step 3
Add
Pork Sausages (1 lb)
and
Cooked Ham (1 cup)
, use a spatula to break up the pieces, season with
Poultry Seasoning (1 1/2 Tbsp)
, and cook for about 6-7 minutes or until cooked. Remove from the heat, transfer into a large bowl and set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, add
Vegetable Oil (3 Tbsp)
over medium-low heat. Add
Yellow Onion (1/2)
and
Celery (1 stalk)
, and stir until the vegetables are soft.
Step 5
Pour
Chicken Stock (1 1/2 cups)
and bring to boil. Stir in
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
until melted and add
French Bread (1)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Stir in cooked sausage mixture and mix until well combined.
Step 6
Transfer the stuffing mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish (or 11-inch diameter round baking dish).
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crisp on top.
Step 8
Let it stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the top with
Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup)
. Serve as a side dish.
