You can replace cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg with 2 Tbsp of
pumpkin spice.
If you prefer a savory flavor, replace cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and brown sugar with 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper and of 1 Tbsp of paprika. You can add some garlic and other extra spices you prefer, such as rosemary or even sage.
