In a small bowl, mix together the Unsalted Beef Stock (1/2 cup), Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), Oyster Sauce (2 Tbsp), Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp), and Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp). Set aside.
