Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together the
Unsalted Beef Stock (1/2 cup)

Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (1/4 cup)

Oyster Sauce (2 Tbsp)

Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp)

Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)
, and
Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp)
. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the
Beef Strips (1 lb)

Corn Starch (3 Tbsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
. Mix to coat the beef evenly with starch.
Step 3
Heat the
Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp)
in a skillet over high heat. Once the oil is sizzling, add the beef. Cook, stirring frequently, for 4-5 minutes or until browned.
Step 4
Add the
Frozen Sugar Snap Peas (1 bag)
and sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce is thick and glossy.
Step 5
Sprinkle with
Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp)
and serve over
White Rice (to taste)
