Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, toss together the Large Shrimp (1 lb) , Yellow Bell Pepper (1) , Pineapples (1 can) , Jalapeño Pepper (1) , and Red Onion (1/2) with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Jerk Seasoning (2 Tbsp) , Lime (1/4) and Brown Sugar (1 tsp) .
Step 3
Place the shrimp and vegetables on the baking sheet. Roast in the oven until shrimp are opaque, about 12-15 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with Fresh Cilantro (1 bunch) and Lime (1) on the side. Serve with White Rice (to taste) .
