You can make it into a full casserole by adding all the ingredients in the same order into a 2-quart casserole. Baking time remains the same.

In a small pan, over medium heat, brown the 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (8 oz). No oil is needed as the beef will release its own fat. Once browned, set aside.

In a small pot, boil the Potatoes (6). Because they are thin, they will likely need no more than 5 minutes after the water begins to boil.
