Step 1
In a small pan, over medium heat, brown the
80/20 Lean Ground Beef (8 oz)
. No oil is needed as the beef will release its own fat. Once browned, set aside.
Step 2
In a small pot, boil the
Potatoes (6)
. Because they are thin, they will likely need no more than 5 minutes after the water begins to boil.
Step 3
Remove the potatoes from the water and set aside.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 5
In the meantime, add a layer of boiled potatoes to each of the 4 mini casserole dishes.
Step 6
Top each casserole dish with 1 Tbsp of
Butter (1/4 cup)
and 2 Tbsp of
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup)
.
Step 7
Top each casserole dish with a ¼ layer of ground beef. Then, top with the remaining potatoes.
Step 8
Pour 3 Tbsp of
Heavy Cream (3/4 cup)
evenly over each casserole.
Step 9
Top each casserole with 2 Tbsp of
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup)
.
Step 10
Finish off with 2 Tbsp of
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)
sprinkled over each casserole.
Step 11
Place casseroles on a baking sheet in the oven to catch drippings and bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted, golden and bubbly.
