Lay out the
Puff Pastry (2 sheets)
on a large baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
Pizza Sauce (2 Tbsp)
to the center of each puff pastry sheet and using a spoon spread it out but leave a border around the edge.
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (1/2 cup)
to the top evenly.
Cheese (1 cup)
on the pastry puff sheet.
Layer the second sheet of puff pastry over the top and press down lightly.
Place a small cup in the center where the sauce of choice will be served. Using a sharp knife, make compass point cuts.
Twist each slice slightly and pinch the end.
and brush the egg over the twist.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry has puffed and is nice and golden brown.
Once removed from the oven let it cool for a few minutes. Serve with dipping sauce of choice in the middle!
