Lay out the Puff Pastry (2 sheet) on a large baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
Add Pizza Sauce (2 tablespoon) to the center of each puff pastry sheet and using a spoon spread it out but leave a border around the edge.
Add the Bacon (1/2 cup) to the top evenly.
Sprinkle the Cheese (1 cup) on the pastry puff sheet.
Layer the second sheet of puff pastry over the top and press down lightly.
Place a small cup in the center where the sauce of choice will be served. Using a sharp knife, make compass point cuts.
Twist each slice slightly and pinch the end.
Beat the Egg (1) and brush the egg over the twist.
Preheat the oven to 420 degrees F (220 degrees C). Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry has puffed and is nice and golden brown.
Once removed from the oven let it cool for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy with dipping sauce of choice in the middle!
