In a medium bowl, mix the

Italian-Style Breadcrumbs (1 cup)
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
In another bowl with the beaten
Large Eggs (4)
Tilapia Fillets (4)
on both sides so the fish is evenly coated with egg.
Then, press the fish into the breadcrumb mixture on both sides so the tilapia is coated evenly. Repeat for all the other filets.
Place tilapia on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway through until browned and flaky and the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
