Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix the Salt (3/4 tsp) , Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) , Italian-Style Breadcrumbs (1 cup) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 4
In another bowl with the beaten Large Eggs (4) , dip Tilapia Fillets (4) on both sides so the fish is evenly coated with egg.
Step 5
Then, press the fish into the breadcrumb mixture on both sides so the tilapia is coated evenly. Repeat for all the other filets.
Step 6
Place tilapia on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway through until browned and flaky and the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
Step 7
Garnish with Fresh Parsley (1 Tbsp) . Serve warm with a Lemon Wedges (1) and Green Beans (1 cup) , as you desire.
