Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large pot with
Water (6 cups)
, add a pinch of
Salt (to taste)
and bring to a boil.

Add the
Fusilli Pasta (8 oz)
and cook to al dente according to package instructions; for about 10-12 minutes. Drain and cool.
Step 4
In a large bowl, stir together the
Salsa (1 cup)

Sour Cream (1 cup)
, and
Taco Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
. Add the cooked pasta and stir to coat.
Step 5
Add the
Whole Kernel Corn (1 can)

Black Beans (1 can)
,
Rotisserie Chicken (10 oz)
,
Red Bell Pepper (1)
,
Jalapeño Pepper (1)
, and
Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup)
. Toss to combine and pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle the remaining
Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup)
on top. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes to warm through the inside.
Step 7
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Step 8
Serve with
Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp)
