Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C (425 degrees F), and gather all the ingredients.
Wash and drain the Asparagus (1 bunch).
Chop the asparagus into equal length parts, about 8 cm.
Cut the Bacon (10 slice) in half.
Put about four to five asparagus parts on one half bacon.
Optional step for cheese lovers: slice the Mozzarella Cheese (3 slice) into thin slices and put them on a whole bacon then put asparagus on top.
Carefully roll the bacon slice together tightly, make sure the asparagus parts won't fall out.
Roll up all the bacon slices with asparagus or cheese if you like. Line them up on a baking tray with parchment paper. Sprinkle with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Drizzle with Olive Oil (to taste).
Bake the asparagus rolls for about 15 minutes until the bacon is golden and crispy. Serve hot.
