Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C (430 degrees F), and gather all the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash and drain the Asparagus (1 bunch) .
Step 3
Chop the asparagus into equal length parts, about 8 cm.
Step 4
Cut the Bacon (10 slices) in half.
Step 5
Put about four to five asparagus parts on one half bacon.
Step 6
Optional step for cheese lovers: slice the Mozzarella Cheese (3 slices) into thin slices and put them on a whole bacon then put asparagus on top.
Step 7
Carefully roll the bacon slice together tightly, make sure the asparagus parts won't fall out.
Step 8
Roll up all the bacon slices with asparagus or cheese if you like. Line them up on a baking tray with parchment paper. Sprinkle with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Drizzle with Olive Oil (to taste) .
Step 9
Bake the asparagus rolls for about 15 minutes until the bacon is golden and crispy. Serve hot.
