Step 1
In the skillet heat the
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
over medium heat. Once hot, add the
Cherry Tomatoes (2 cups)
and roast for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a large pot of
Water (8 cups)
, add generous pinches of
Salt (to taste)
. Bring to a boil, then add
Angel Hair Pasta (6 oz)
and cook for 1 minute less than the time on the package directions.
Step 3
To the skillet with tomatoes, add
Garlic (3 cloves)
,
Fresh Basil (4 sprigs)
,
Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp)
,
Granulated Sugar (1/2 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 more minutes, just to infuse the flavor.
Step 4
Use a tong to transfer the pasta to the skillet. Then add
Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)
and
Crumbled Feta Cheese (1/4 cup)
. Stir to combine and the cheese is melted.
Step 5
Sprinkle the basil leaves on top. Serve with more parmesan cheese on top.
