Tajin

Cooking Instructions

Rub a Lime Wedge (1/2) around the edge of a margarita glass. Dip the rim of the glass in Tajin (1 Tbsp) and twist to coat.

Into a blender, add Frozen Mangoes (2 cups) , Ice (1 cup) , Jalapeño Infused Tequila (2 fl oz) , Cointreau (1 fl oz) , juice from Limes (2) and Agave Syrup (1 fl oz) . Blend until smooth.

Pour into the prepared glass. Garnish with a Lime Wheel (1/2) and Fresh Mint (1 sprig) . Serve immediately.

Author's Notes

Makes 2-4 servings.

To make infused tequila; combine 1 Jalapeño(sliced) with 250 ml tequila in a clean jar. Cover with a lid and let it infuse for at least 12 hours or up to a week in the fridge depending on how spicy you like.
