Cooking Instructions
1.
Cook the
Potatoes (1 cup)
in boiling water for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the
Eggs (2)
.
2.
Chop the
Green Bell Pepper (1)
.
3.
Thinly slice the
Onions (2 1/2 Tbsp)
.
4.
Chop the
Tomatoes (3)
.
5.
Once cooked, peel the potatoes and the eggs and dice. Add vegetables and
Olives (1/2 cup)
to a large bowl with the potatoes and eggs.
6.
In a small bowl, combine
Olive Oil (to taste)
,
Balsamic Vinegar (to taste)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
7.
Toss the dressing with the rest of the ingredients.
8.
Serve and enjoy!
