Cook the Potato (150 gram) in boiling water for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the Egg (2).
Chop the Green Bell Pepper (1).
Thinly slice the Onion (25 gram).
Chop the Tomato (3).
Once cooked, peel the potatoes and the eggs and dice. Add vegetables and Olives (75 gram) to a large bowl with the potatoes and eggs.
In a small bow, combine Olive Oil (to taste), Balsamic Vinegar (to taste), and Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Toss the dressing with the rest of the ingredients.
