Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cook the Potatoes (1 cup) in boiling water for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the Eggs (2) .
Step 2
Chop the Green Bell Pepper (1) .
Step 3
Thinly slice the Onions (2 1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 4
Chop the Tomatoes (3) .
Step 5
Once cooked, peel the potatoes and the eggs and dice. Add vegetables and Olives (1/2 cup) to a large bowl with the potatoes and eggs.
Step 6
In a small bow, combine Olive Oil (to taste) , Balsamic Vinegar (to taste) , and Salt and Pepper (to taste) .
Step 7
Toss the dressing with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 8
Serve and enjoy!
