Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease muffin tin or line with baking cups.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine Bananas (5) Eggs (4) , Almond Butter (1/2 cup) and Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp) . Whisk until smooth.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine Coconut Flour (1/2 cup) , Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , Baking Soda (1 tsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , and Salt (1 pinch) .
Step 4
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir gently to combine.
Step 5
Pour into muffin tins. Top each muffin with a walnut. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
