Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease muffin tin or line with baking cups.
In a bowl, combine Banana (5) Egg (4), Almond Butter (1/2 cup) and Coconut Oil (2 tablespoon). Whisk until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine Coconut Flour (1/2 cup), Ground Nutmeg (1 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon), Baking Soda (1 teaspoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1 pinch).
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir gently to combine.
Pour into muffin tins. Top each muffin with a walnut. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
