Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease muffin tin or line with baking cups.

In a bowl, combine Bananas (5) Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (4), Almond Butter (1/2 cup) and Coconut Oil (2 Tbsp). Whisk until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine Coconut Flour (1/2 cup), Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1 tsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp), and Salt (1 pinch).
