Try this recipe for a decadent twist on a classic hotdog!

Mac and Cheese
, thinly sliced
Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Hot Dog Buns
Into a pot of water, add just the noodles of the Mac and Cheese (2 pckg). Cook according to package directions.
Into a small saucepan, add Milk (2/3 cup), Butter (2/3 cup), and the cheese packets from the Mac and Cheese packages. Whisk to combine.
Drain the noodles and add the cheese sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Into a frying pan, add Bacon (4 slices) and cook until crispy.
Heat Oil (as needed) in a skillet, then add Hot Dogs (1 pckg). Fry until hot dogs float to the surface.
To assemble, place hot dogs in Hot Dog Buns (to taste). Tuck bacon alongside hot dog. Spoon the mac and cheese over top. Sprinkle Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (to taste) and Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (to taste) over top. Add Jalapeño Pepper (1).
Place hot dogs under the broiler for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
