In a mixing bowl, add Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), Blue Cheese (4 Tbsp), Garlic (3 cloves), Fresh Sage (2 Tbsp), Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp), Fresh Thyme (1 Tbsp), 1 tsp of Orange (1), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp), Coarse Salt (1/4 tsp), and Honey (1 tsp). Mix to well combined.

Scrap the butter onto a sheet of parchment or plastic wrap, fold up the paper and roll into a log. Twist the end of the paper and refrigerate until firm.

Place the Sirloin Steak (5) between two plastic wraps and pound to a ¼-inch thickness. Season both sides with the Montreal Steak Seasoning (1 Tbsp).

Heat up the Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp) in a skillet over high heat until it begins to smoke. Place steaks into the pan and sear for 40-50 seconds on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest.

On a serving plate, stack the steaks with a pat of butter between each slice. Top with a big pat of butter and serve immediately.
