Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)

Blue Cheese (1/4 cup)

Garlic (3 cloves)
,
Fresh Sage (2 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Thyme (1 Tbsp)
, 1 tsp of
Orange (1)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp)
,
Coarse Salt (1/4 tsp)
, and
Honey (1/2 Tbsp)
. Mix to well combined.
Step 2
Scrap the butter onto a sheet of parchment or plastic wrap, fold up the paper and roll into a log. Twist the end of the paper and refrigerate until firm.
Step 3
Place the
Sirloin Steak (5)
between two plastic wraps and pound to a ¼-inch thickness. Season both sides with the
Montreal Steak Seasoning (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 4
Heat up the
Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp)
in a skillet over high heat until it begins to smoke. Place steaks into the pan and sear for 40-50 seconds on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside to rest.
Step 5
On a serving plate, stack the steaks with a pat of butter between each slice. Top with a big pat of butter and serve immediately.
